Friday March 23rd will be the day to be beach side at the Plaza Ocean Club at 3:00pm. Mark E Walker, Freedom Williams & C&C Music Factory will be dazzling the stage.The show will also include local act Midnight Moxy and Tony TNT Williams, as well as local favorite DJ Pop RoXxX and dancers. This event is to celebrate the release of new music from Mark E. Walker featuring Freedom Williams from C&C Music Factory. Mark is not new to the music scene. He toured globally in the 90's as a back-up singer/dancer for Stevie B. He is more focused than ever and excited about his new release!
Mark E. Walker dance, r&b and pop music artist, has performed across the world from the United States in just about every state, to overseas in many countries including Japan to Rio De Janiero to Puerto Rico and across the globe. His hot song from his group MCSC “Dream Girl” was a top 40 hit on the Billboard Dance Charts. He has also traveled throughout the world in concert performing with freestyle artist Stevie B. Mark's other career highlights include being a renowned professional singer, dancer, performer and dance choreographer. Mark has been involved with shows along with other great musical acts such as Ce Ce Peniston, Crystal Walters, C+C Music Factory, Blessed Union of Souls and touring with Stevie B. just to name a few.
Some additional highlights of Mark's career include the Hurricane Andrew Benefit Concert in South Miami, performing in Japan at the famous Blue Note Club in Osaka and The Bottom Line Club in Nagoya, where a concert video of his group MCSC was filmed along with Stevie B. for a televised show. Other career highlights include shows in Canada including a packed house in Montreal at Club Metropolis. He also performed in Indonesia to sold out shows in the cities of Jakarta, Bali and Bandon. Mark is no stranger to performing across the nation and abroad.
Moving to the near present, Mark’s 2010 single “Here We Go” and 2010 EP was released on Pyramid Music in FL. & CA. His single of the same, entitled “Here We Go”, received rave reviews on its airplay on Florida radio and throughout the radio market. A new mix of it, featuring Freedom Williams of C+C Music Factory fame, is currently being produced and is being pitched for a national Bud Light commercial, whose slogan is “Bud Light, Here We Go”. He is also in the process of finishing up his full length album entitled “Into the Future” for a spring/summer 2012 release on Pyramid Music Productions. The single of the same title was released in December 2011 and also features Freedom Williams of C+C Music Factory fame as a guest rapper on it as well. This single is currently receiving favorable radio airplay across the country. An additional show has been added on March 24th at Visions Night Club in Naples, FL, with C&C Music Factory, Mark & Freedom. They will be live on 103.9 WXKB radio at 8:30pm that night with the show following at midnight.
